In order to embrace powerful changes in your life, this is your invitation participate in: The Me I Want to Be, Simple Shifts to Authentic Wellbeing. Seven personal development workshops over seven days on Retreat, seven weeks during One-to-One Online Coaching Sessions or seven months during live classes in Aberdeen, all aimed at creating the greatest and grandest expression of YOU!

These events are based on the book, The Me I Want to Be which outlines the simple shifts to a deeper and more fulfilled life. It is a guidebook for navigating everyday pitfalls using the same insights and practical application, which acclaimed therapist Vicki Rebecca has successfully used for decades to help clients cast aside negative experiences that produce unhealthy habits and behaviours.

While the book provides a focus or topic for both teaching and discussion with a new chapter each meeting, the sessions are always client or group led under Vicki’s experienced hand.

Classes and retreats are not group therapy, your journey is a personal one, although there are opportunities for sharing and plenty of chances for questions. Each meeting includes a feedback session, a meditation, personal growth exercises or discussions plus a deeper relaxation.

Some of the exercises may be challenging, for you can never solve the problem with the same mind-set that created it in the place. This is not theoretical, sugar-coated rhetoric; this is tried and tested, proven material that is aptly demonstrated in Vicki’s life. Really pleased I came.

    Thankyou very much for an absolutely fantastic course last week Vicki.
    It was brilliant and I had an amazing experience during the meditation as I seemed to have been out of my body and was watching down on myself to make sure everything was going to plan and making me safe and allowing my negative thoughts to disperse and get on with all my new thoughts and be kind to myself.
    Thanks again Vicki and so looking forward to the following weeks to come and the the title TMIWTB is very powerful and it made me very aware that my thoughts were related to the title as I want to change myself.
    After the class I felt amazing and realised time to move forward and on in life.
    The delivery of the chapter was very well done and it was very interesting and it all flowed together very well. I enjoyed the practical parts of the day to as it allowed you to express feelings and also allowed yourself to express your feelings to the group and when you say it it tends to be stronger and more effective.
    Thanks again for a super day and also for a lovely group to.
    Can’t wait for the next one.

    Hello Vicki
    Thank you for giving me more confidence in who I really am. I have managed a few practices at home with your recorded downloads. They are a brilliant idea, help on tap! I often remember now my breathing and posture need focusing on. I made soup! I now need to also focus on good nutrition – and often. You’re right we do have these gifts already we just need the time to reinforce them. I need this course right now. Everyone does. I want to share it with everyone I know. Progress is slow but at least it’s happening and though this is a personal journey, listening to others and sharing makes me realise we all have so much in common. Our humanity. But we are also beautiful individuals we have to accept that. I have to accept that. Thank you for being there at the right time for all of us. ♡♡ love Susan ♡♡
