I offer Personal Development Programmes in which participants become committed to utilising and accessing their full potential in every aspect of life, as a way forward to proactive health and well-being. To that end I have designed a motivational and educational series of training materials based on proven approaches. Approaches which incorporate relaxation, motivation, performance, focus, resolve, resilience, awareness, insight and lifestyle. This training is not simply to prevent or alleviate the potentially debilitating symptoms of stress but also to enable the state of mind that makes effectiveness easy, makes proper performance as natural as breathing, and quality of life as standard.
These educational, beneficial, empowering workshops are presented online, in the work place, on re-treats and supplemented by specially made recordings.
My interest is in helping others in very simple and straight forward ways and having the ability to generate enough enthusiasm within them that they actually do it!
My vision is to make a difference on a large scale, not just for the participants themselves, but to society as a whole. It is estimated that stress related problems cost the NHS around £5 billion per year. This is not sustainable if the NHS is to provide care to a growing and rapidly ageing population. It is also not sustainable in a workplace already fraught with financial pressure.
